This Bachelor’s program, which focuses on business administration and psychology, enables you to combine knowledge in business administration with business psychology skills. Through this specialization, you will become intensively acquainted with the areas of work and organizational psychology as well as market and consumer psychology and their practical application.
In terms of work and organizational psychology, you will deal with work design, occupational safety, employee satisfaction and motivation. You will also be responsible for implementing personnel selection and training measures. The focus lies on the experience and behavior of people in organizations. This includes interaction and communication within the company as well as the management of employees and the effects of processes that arise, for example, during company takeovers.
In advertising psychology, you will be able to understand exactly how advertising works and how it affects the experience and behavior of consumers. You will learn about the psychological factors that influence consumer decisions and how companies can use these to their advantage.
The day-to-day work of business psychologists is therefore very diverse.
