Data retention period

If we are unable to make you a job offer, you reject a job offer, withdraw your application, revoke your consent to data processing or ask us to delete the data, the data you have submitted will be deleted. any remaining physical application documents for a maximum of 6 months after completion of the application process (retention period) in order to be able to trace the details of the application process in the event of discrepancies (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

After the retention period has expired, the data will be deleted unless there is a statutory retention obligation or another legal reason for further storage.
